教育及工作经历:

1997-2001,中国科学院海洋研究所,理学博士.

1994-1997,中国科学院海洋研究所,理学硕士.

1988-1992,青岛海洋大学海洋生命学院海洋生物学专业,理学学士。

1992-1994,青岛海洋大学教师。

2001-至今,中国海洋大学海洋生命学院,先后任讲师(2001-2002)、副教授(2002-2012)、教授(2013.12)。2018年1月获聘中国海洋大学博士生导师。主授本科生《细胞工程》(双语课)和《细胞工程前沿讲座》,以及研究生课程《细胞工程》(中文/英文)。

2004.11,参加中泰科技合作项目:海产经济动物配子及胚胎(种质)冷冻保存,访问泰国东方大学,为期10天。

2005.1-5,赴美国University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign做访问学者,参加国家留学基金委组织的双语教师培训项目,并参与了哺乳动物细胞的mTOR信号转导研究。

2008.8-2009.2, 赴美国University of South Carolina 生物系做博士后研究,主要从事哺乳动物细胞的蛋白质磷酸酶与p53信号转导通路研究。


主要研究方向及成果

本人所领导的研究团队一直致力于对虾、螃蟹、鱼类、珊瑚和水母等海洋动物的细胞和组织的体外培养技术研究。尤其在对虾成体和胚胎组织细胞的体外培养条件的优化与建立以及病毒介导的嗜对虾基因转移技术的建立方面独树一帜,成绩斐然,在国内外处于领先水平。今后,研究团队将矢志不渝地探究对虾细胞体外生长停滞的分子机制,建立对虾永生性细胞系,开发高效的对虾基因编辑系统,为对虾病毒病的防治以及对虾功能基因的研究提供有效的研究工具与技术平台。

近年来主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项;参与国家重点研发项目“蓝色粮仓科技创新”专项1项;主编双语教材《Cytotechnology/细胞工程技术》1部,参编教材和专著3部;在Aquaculture和Aquatic Toxicology等权威期刊发表SCI论文30余篇;获国家发明专利5项和实用新型发明专利1项;获国家海洋局海洋创新成果一等奖1 项(第2位);获天泰优秀人才奖3次和本科教学优秀奖1次。
