• 研究方向


    聚焦中国沿海、大洋深海、极地等海域的纽形动物、环节动物、头足动物、线虫、棘皮动物等海洋无脊椎动物类群,开展形态与分子相结合的分类研究,构建物种的DNA条形码库,解析系谱间的系统发育关系,通过比较生物学、系统生物地理学和组学分析等探讨种下进化与物种形成、解析动物结构与功能关系及适应进化;同时开展海洋底栖生物生态学、底栖食物网、海洋生态系统动力学等方面的研究。
