• 研究方向


    围绕海洋药用生物资源,开展海洋药用生物多样性、代谢及其调控,海洋天然产物及其生物学功能,海洋药物先导化合物发现等研究。

    针对海洋药用生物物种多样性与代谢多样性,聚焦于中国南海珊瑚礁生态系统中具有代表性的珊瑚、海绵等低等无脊椎动物及其共生微生物,研究海洋药用生物与环境因子的耦合关系,阐明生存竞争策略及化学防御物质的化学生态效应,探讨代谢产物的生源关系及其作为药物的分子基础,揭示化学生态与药理活性的关联性。当前主要集中在海洋药用生物的代谢产物及其作用机制研究。
