国际期刊Marine Life Science & Technology常务副主编、Journal of Ocean University of China副主编。中国微生物学会理事和中国海洋湖沼学会理事。


主要研究方向及成果:

主要从事微生物海洋学,重点关注海洋微生物地球化学循环。近年来主持国家自然科学基金重点项目2项、国家重点研发计划项目1项。以通讯作者在Nature Microbiol, Nature Commun, Microbiome, ISME J, Environ Microbiol等发表论文100余篇,被引用4300余次。主编《海洋微生物学》(2007年第1版,2016年第2版)。两次获得海洋科学技术奖二等奖(第1位)。

Research Interests:  

Microbial Oceanography (including roles of marine microorganisms in driving biogeochemical cycles, quorum sensing and quorum quenching of marine bacteria, and marine bacterial taxonomy and resource development). Over 100 papers have been published in journals such as Nature Microbiol, Nature Commun, ISME J and Microbiome.
