海洋动物细胞培养与组织再生实验室

研究方向

    海洋动物细胞培养方面主要开展以下研究:对虾细胞的体外培养及其基因转移技术研究;鱼类细胞的体外培养与建系以及鱼类和鱼类细胞的体内和体外毒理学研究;珊瑚和砗磲细胞及其共生藻的体外培养与生态系统修复研究。

海洋动物组织再生方面主要围绕组织器官再生的细胞和分子机制以及再生的进化机制这些重要科学问题,开展以下研究:头索动物文昌鱼尾部再生的分子和进化机制;两栖类蝾螈的器官、组织再生过程中的分子和细胞学机制;鱼类鳍的再生过程中的基因调控和细胞外基质重塑机制。
