研究方向

藻类遗传学和遗传改良:围绕海带和养殖微藻,开展经济性状的遗传基础解析和抗逆抗病生理遗传基础研究,培育杂交海带、海带杂交品种和养殖微藻品种,为海藻养殖产业持续发展提供技术和材料保障。主要成果有杂交海带、海带杂交品种培育及种性维持策略研发;海带高密度连锁图谱绘制;微藻基因组测序和抗逆生理遗传基础解析等。(2)海水养殖动物免疫学与病害控制:开展鲆鲽类模式识别受体、接头蛋白、干扰素调节因子、干扰素、效应分子等的分子结构、转录调节、免疫应答表达模式、抗病毒活性及相关信号通路与免疫调控网络研究,揭示水产动物抗病免疫机制。已在鱼类抗病毒天然免疫分子基础与调控网络研究上形成了明显优势和特色,相关论文受到国内外同行广泛关注。主要成果有:分离了近30个病原识别、信号转导与免疫效应等过程的基因;揭示了LRR数量对TLRs配体识别方式的影响,阐明了配体诱导tlrs表达的机制,并建立了配体-TLR调控网络模型;发现了tlr22基因的进化规律,提出tlr22基因内含子发生模式;阐明了irf基因受病毒两轮诱导表达的调控规律,发现了鱼类IRF3在干扰素抗病毒反应中的主导作用。(3)海藻-细菌相互作用、海藻入侵的分子机制及大型经济海藻的生活史研究:探索大型经济海藻致病菌/致病因子及海藻免疫防御反应机制和海藻入侵分子机制、解析大型经济海藻的生活史,为建立海藻种苗繁育技术提供理论支持,为海藻高值化利用及海藻养殖品种多样化提供种质资源。与德国、英国和法国等国的多个实验室建立了紧密合作关系
