迄今上述成果累计在(包括Science, Nature Ecology & Evolution, Nature Chemical Biology, Nature Communications, Molecular Biology & Evolution, ISME Journal, eLife等)刊物上发表论文100多篇。担任Marine Life Science & Technology编委、Frontiers in Marine Science领域主编、The Innovation 和The Innovation Geoscience青年编委;Science Advances, Nature Communications, ISME Journal, Molecular Biology and Evolution等杂志审稿人;第17届国际深海生物学会(DSBS)学术委员成员。

Despite the hostile environment, the hydrothermal vent and cold seep ecosystems support dense populations of macrobenthos which, with the help of chemoautotrophic endosymbionts, are fuelled by simple reduced molecules such as methane and hydrogen sulfide. Studying vent and seep organisms may answer fundamental questions about their origin and evolution, population connectivity, as well as the adaptation to the extreme environments. We mainly employ a molecular-based -omics approach, combined with physical oceanography modelling, physico-chemical analysis, as well as field surveys.
