模式生物胚胎发育调控
主要研究方向及成果:
以果蝇胚胎为主要研究对象,关注动物胚胎发育过程中细胞间动态互作机制。系统性研究了胚胎发育过程中表皮细胞对机械信号的感受以及在细胞间传导的分子生物学机制,优化了体内光遗传学方法,刻画了表皮细胞行为的协同特征,发现了介导该协同行为的分子基础,并进一步揭示了该特征对胚胎发育和组织形态发生的重要贡献。核心成果迄今形成首作者或通讯作者文章9篇、专著1篇,发表在Current Biology,SCIENCE CHINA Life Sciences,EMBO Reports等领域知名刊物上。博士学位被德国哥廷根大学授予德国博士学位学位最高荣誉Summa Cum Laude(<1%)。
