    研究方向:

      针对海洋药用生物物种多样性与代谢多样性,聚焦于中国南海珊瑚礁生态系统中具有代表性的珊瑚、海绵等低等无脊椎动物及其共生微生物,开展其次级代谢产物分离鉴定、合成与结构优化、生物活性及其作用机制等研究。主要包括:

    (1)海洋药用生物与环境因子的耦合关系,探讨代谢产物的生源关系及其作为药物的分子基础。

    (2)基于海洋真菌的天然产物的分离提取、结构鉴定、活性评价与生物合成途径研究。

    (3)海洋天然产物的全合成、优势骨架利用、成药性优化与作用机制探讨。

    (4)针对肿瘤、炎症、神经系统等重大疾病发生发展过程关键靶蛋白,进行分子靶向药物设计合成。
